M.Sc. in Construction Management has been a revolution in Chitwan that has brought many positive changes in the college and most importantly in the society. The research on the current practices followed by the paper publication in different national and international journals has elevated level of the institution. Our faculties constitute of highly experienced professors, associate professors, doctorates from engineering background versatile and dynamic with many research publications capable of guiding student’s dilemma and problems. The competition to join in the programme has reached in its peak. It shows that where we were and where we are heading. Surely, towards the excellence and more focused to the extensive research publications !

Rapid changes in the construction technology have demanded the highly specialized human resources to organize and manage construction works. In addition to this, construction activities, both in public and private sectors, are not only increasing but also becoming complex. Because of this, there is a great demand for qualified and competent Construction Managers in the country and abroad. Therefore, MSc. Construction Management program at U-TEC intends to produce managers capable of using state of art, knowledge and skills in organizing and managing the construction works.
