M.Sc. in Transportation Engineering & Management

United Technical College, affiliated with Pokhara University, offers the M.Sc. in Transportation Engineering and Management program. This program is designed to produce high-level transport professionals capable of formulating transport plans and policies at international, national, and sub-national levels, and managing transport projects effectively.

This interdisciplinary program is particularly tailored for Civil Engineers, equipping them to make significant contributions to their institutions and environments. The curriculum provides a comprehensive understanding of social, economic, legal, communication, and behavioral issues related to the execution of transport projects, from conception to design, implementation (planning and construction), and operation and maintenance.

The program spans 2 years and is organized into 4 semesters. To graduate, students must successfully complete 45 credit hours of coursework and 15 credit hours of a research project.
